How much water do we need?

How much water do we need?
Well lets first look at how much of your body is water:
about 90% of your brain is water.
Bones and muscles are 60% water and the rest of your organs... etc is between those numbers.
Your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues. Lack of water can lead to dehydration and death, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired. I water and V3 water both have a higher capability of hydrating your cells. Another factor to consider is age. However; with water that hydrates at the proper PH and structure to penetrate the cells then this will diminish the lack of hydration due to age. This slows down the aging process larglely due to lack of proper hydration.
Another factor is that the food and beverages you put in to your system are made of water.
If you eat dried or dehydrated type foods then you are not getting water that normally comes from food.
The type of climate you live in is another factor. If you live in a very dry climate then you will need to consume more than the normal amount.
The normal amount is about 3 liters for a man and 2.2 for a woman. (from the Mayo Clinic on Nutrition and healthy eating)
Another factor to consider is age.  An elderly person may need to consume twice as much.
I drink a half liter before breakfast, lunch and dinner, 20 minutes before workouts and a cup with meals and just before bed. That totals to 3 liters of either V3 or Intelligent water
