Journal of my passion

4/3/15
Lessons we learn in relationships stem from the compassion we are willing to give.
My mantra for them is simple
First there must be mutual admiration, along with respect and trust.
Second is awareness of the other's needs
The path is shared so tread lightly.
Peace and Blessings

Affirmations suggested by Linda Comier with some responses JAN 2013
Subject: Questions to prepare for affirmations
Please pass these along to your teams in preparation for the affirmation call - thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR! Please let them know that the more complete, the more ADJECTIVES that can be used, the more clarity, and the more thorough the description, the better the entire process. The process will take a little time, but it is the FOUNDATION upon which affirmations are created.

1) What is the greatest team you have ever been on? (my family)
2) What made it such a great team? (compassion and forgiveness)
3) What did you learn from the team? (love is always there for us)
4) What did you receive from being on the team? (understanding how precious we all are)
5) What did you contribute to the team? (sacrifices to make life easier)
6) Who in your life inspires you the most? (my Dad, Ceasar Chavez,Mother Teresa)
7) What about them inspires you? What have they taught you? How do you feel about them?
8) About what subject do you want to continue learning and growing? (If you were locked in Barnes and Noble all night, in what section would we find you in the morning?) (Religion reading about Buddha)
9) What in life do you treasure and value the most? ( I treasure the relationships I have that are close to me)
10) What were you doing the last time you felt filled with unstoppable energy, spirit, and joy? What specifically were you doing and where were you? How did it make you feel? (Walking on the beach after a swim enjoying the closeness with nature breathing fresh air)
11) What have you accomplished in the past that perhaps you did not think it was possible, or was "difficult"? (opening my own Consulting Biz)
12) How did you feel upon accomplishing this goal? (Great!)
13) What would you do with ALL OUT MASSIVE action if you absolutely KNEW you couldn't fail? (be wild about my Dreams and goals)
14) Imagine accomplishing this, CLOSE your eyes, and picture yourself basking in the joy of accomplishment - write down FOUR adjectives that describe how you feel (examples..... confident, joyful, free, respected, proud, joyful, healthy......) (FREE HAPPY WARM EXCITED)

Here I have for you my writings, quotes, poetry
to share with you and what comes from the heart.
A precious moment with family and friends transcends all and is never forgotten.

Compassion continuum

Life is so fragile! I practice ever more compassionate responses to life. My ego is not the size it once was :)

"Compassion is of little value if it just remains an idea. It must motivate how we respond to others and be reflected in all our thoughts and actions."
Everyday Everything in every way gets better and better and better.
Be here NOW
Everyday is NOW. The things we have and the path we take mean nothing without compassionate love and so as you read this know that you are in my heart light of peace and harmony for all.
POEM: something deep inside we own

A Place called home
something deep inside we own
In your breath
comes my kiss
soft sweet and short
not meant to miss
and on that very first day
we new this place to play
oh we don't know how lucky we are
to have this light in our hearts and never be far

The sound of your voice echos briskly
I'm so sure of that
I run to you quickly
I awake in the dark if the morn
lost unable to see and so torn
but i remember your breath
your kiss
your voice
and we played on grass by the creek
under the tree
remember something deep inside we own
A place called home
In the dawn of light
will come your kiss
never meant to miss
