Live a long life SocialSalsa Dance class w/ Ernie

Salsa Beginner Dance class, Instructor Ernie
Beginners Private Class SALSA

Salsa facts:
Did you know you burn over 400 calories dancing Salsa?
Did you know that you can improve your life longevity by 63% and that the Mayo clinic study said dancing at least 11 days a month had a 63% lower risk of dementia! ... dancing involves integrated symphony of many parts of your brain, which over time increases the connections between neurons. This increase in connections or "synapses" is what protects us from dementia disease such as Alzheimer's Disease.

Dancing, if done regularly, can improve and prolong your life, reduce stress and your risk of dementia, burn some calories, make you feel better, all while you socialize and have fun! So I ask you - when is YOUR next dance lesson?

What will you learn in Ernie's Social salsa class:
The most important fundamentals are musicality, connection, and improvisation.
You will learn basic footwork and partnering patterns for dancing salsa socially.
You will learn various holds and turn combinations with your partner that you can use regularly and mix together with alternate patterns.
