yhmyhealth Blog Ten Year Anniversary.
Wow 10 years just went by.
And 25 years ago Master Wang came to Northern California and the West coast. I was very fortunate to meet him and follow his teachings in 98-99.
He also taught in Santa Cruz where I was initiated as a Buddhist. His teacher Khenpo Munsel sent him to the West to share teachings that heal and protect our health. You read about him with this link https://tricycle.org/trikedaily/treasury-lives-khenpo-munsel/
His students include the guards and other monks while in Chinese prison for ten years.
The conditions for him we're perceived as an opportunity to teach and heal others.
So I was to draw an analogy 10 years in prison became 10 years of a retreat and 10 years of teaching students no matter who they were. I am more than honored to have learned a few things from this lineage and hold them dear in my heart. At this time I feel more comfortable in sharing what I have learned in teaching others some of the basic fundamentals of qigong. I have Incorporated some strong breathing techniques and along with meridian massage and basic Tai Chi 24 form. I am now learning 42 form and Swimming Dragon.

happiness is an inside job
Here is my meditation for you to have happiness. Remember happiness comes from inside your heart. Make sure you are sitting in a comfortable position where you can be still and your back is supported if needed.
😊
You can listen to a recording of this a link will be here soon. I have the script below if you wish to record for yourself. Sometimes it's better to hear it in your own voice. Feel free to record yourself and listen to it.
Thank you for letting me be your Meditation guide.
Script:
Happiness is an inside job.
May you breathe slowly and serene... notice the temperature of the air.
Let go of your thoughts as you breathe out.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath and your diaphragm and chest.
Breathe in and out slowly.
Now..Notice the sounds around you and breathe in and out slowly
Now notice the sounds in the distance far away.
As you continue to breathe slowly pause in between your inhale and exhale notice the empty space in between the sounds.
(Atend to your thoughts with positive affirmations....)
Continue to breathe in slowly and as you exhale say to yourself or out loud...
may I cultivate patience.
May I cultivate courage to be fearless.
May I cultivate peace.
May I have uncut acceptance with unconditional love for myself.
Today may I take care of my entire body giving what it needs: exercise, food and drink, shelter in place. I will listen to all my needs and give a smile everywhere I go.
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.”
May I have one blessing of gratitude and give many blessings to all sentient beings.
